Be the Master of Your Mind

You are more than the mood you woke up with today. You are the person who can control that mood. You are more than the thoughts you are thinking right no. You are the thinker who can decide what those thoughts will be.

Your mood is not determined by anything outside of you.  It is determined by how you choose to interpret and respond to what is really going on.


Of course, in real life, things happen, things that may temporarily restrict or stop your personal progress.  But you can still control yourself.  You are still free to think and feel thoughts and feelings that are energized, effective and empowered.
